This can lead to burnout and a struggle to advance professionally.

Internally, you may experience anxiety and frustration about how to offer culturally informed mental health services. Questions like “What does it mean to be culturally informed?” and “Where do I start?” can be overwhelming.

In the current climate, mental health strain is at an all-time high. There is a pressing need for intentional care, both for yourself and in supporting others. You want to engage in open, accepting conversations without fear of offense, creating a comfortable atmosphere for growth and understanding.
